After a long journey, I arrived late, and the night chef kindly prepared dinner for me at 1 AM, showcasing a commendable dedication to guest service. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a perfect setting to indulge in a continental breakfast that I found to be diverse and satisfying. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the vibrant Nairobi city center, with attractions like City Market just a short walk away. Room service was efficient, and the free WiFi allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. While I encountered a minor water issue, the staff promptly provided a large tank to ensure my comfort. I'd recommend this hotel to fellow travelers appreciating both convenience and culinary delight.
